(3) In Device Manager under all Universal Serial Bus controllers -> under all USB options there -> unchecked - Allow computer to turn off device to save power (2) In Device Manager under HID compliant mouse: unchecked - Allow computer to turn off device to save power (1) Uninstalling and reinstalling the HID compliant mouse driver. This keeps happening every 30 seconds making it almost impossible to work. I noticed that when this happens, when looking at the mouse red light - it is shut down, again only when clicking the mouse, the red light is turned on and the mouse is active again. ![]() ![]() ![]() Recently the mouse cursor started to randomly freeze on screen, when I move the mouse from side to side nothing happens, when I click the mouse or use the scroll button it brings the mouse back to life. I'm working with a brand new HP wireless mouse X3000 for 2 months now on a brand new HP PAVILION 15-CC501nj laptop.
